    Breakfast: Weetabix minis with banana & probiotic drink
    Lunch: Hearty Beef Salad Sandwich
    Dinner: Turkey with Rice & Tossed Salad

  • Low Carb Diet

    The Low-Carb Diet can stabilise your blood sugar and lower cholesterol. Unlike other diets the Low-Carb diet allows you to eat satisfying amounts of delicious, nutrient dense foods.

    Breakfast: Fried bacon, egg & courgette with cherry tomatoes
    Lunch: Lamb skewers with coleslaw

  • Low-Fat Diet
